By participating in this event, you understand and agree that (i) Hilliard Creative Education & Development Solutions, LLC (Hilliard Solutions), event sponsor, has your permission to use photographs, audio, and video in which you appear, (ii) Hilliard Solutions may use such photos and videos for public use and may use your name in connection with any and all photographs, audio, and video, (iii) Hilliard Solutions accepts all responsibility for inspecting and approving all media, (iv) Hilliard Solutions, its photographers, agents, licensees and assigns, are released and discharged from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, audio and video by them, including without limitation claims for libel or violation of right of publicity or privacy, and (v) this release shall be binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
